![]() ![]() Getting workouts from Adidas while on the run is just one of the many ways digital trainers are taking over this year (one of Well+Good's 2018 trends). ![]() ![]() The device features Adidas-created workouts that give you a step-by-step experience, no phone needed: Everything shows up right on the screen of the device, making it easy to glance down at your wrist to see the next exercise. Right now there are six different workouts to choose from on the $330 wearable that's currently available for pre-order and in stores next month, and they all feature the same setup: A 5-minute warmup, a 10-minute "Power Pace" to help you become more flexible and efficient, a 15-minute "Metabolic" section to improve your speed and boost your metabolism, 5 minutes of "Run Activation" to up your stability, 10 minutes of "Strong Strides" to help your runs get stronger, then a 5-minute, cool-down stretch. ![]()
